To seal your all wood pizza peel, use food safe oils like mineral or vegetable oil. Never soak or put wood peels in the dishwasher. Peels should never be left for long periods on hot surfaces, and always stored on their sides or hung up.

Unlike wood servers, condensation and grease are trapped in the Pizza Pleezer’s valleys, away from your pizza. The special plastic used will not dent, transfer heat or burn you like conventional metal pans.
